Populating a Equipment Section with the Craft Section!

Populating the equipment section with items made using the craft mechanics has been difficult.

One: Using this task as a way of testing and balancing the craft mechanics. At first sounds like a great idea but has left me questioning every Damage point, Yard of range, Armor Integrity, Equipment bonus, Talent augment, BATTERY DURATION, AND VEHICLE CARRY CAPACITY I TYPED UP!


Two: The self control I had to exert to avoid making the best of everything was nuts. But I found a work around; building the items based on the Final Manufacturing Cost! With this limitation, it made it easier to set up Item Grades. Commercial, Industrial, Military/ Government Grade.

Three: Then came Balance and variety. Making things that do the same thing different. Like what's the mechanical difference between a Smartphone, Laptop and Computer? They all can do the same exact things; Run programs, transfer data wirelessly and access information from around the world. But by Highlighting the details like; portability, the number runnable programs and storage size gave me a throughput.
