Once again we come to add to the News. This time it's less explaining what Mass Actions can handle and more what we haven't had the time to nail down. it's a "Why are these important" and "why we aren't going to get them done"?

War machines: Battle ships, Tanks, Aircraft carriers, Helacarriers, Submarines, Starships, Land based Battleships. What is required is for them to be built and to figure out if we want there to be a required number of people needed to operate a war-machine. Or will it be more free flowing allowing for as many or as little management needed. Most likely the ladder. But balancing these medium to massive machines would take time and time is what we sacrifice to our employers to pay rent. Zeitgeist: This would setup how susceptible a group of people are to specific social persuasions. Social combat opens the door to many things including appealing to large groups of people; either at once or over time. If we had a "Zeitgeist" or current social leanings and beliefs; we could make a base difficulty for things. Like the difficulty for your PR team to sale your invention. Or the idea that renting is better than buying. Or figuring out how well your new single will land in certain areas and communities. Or if your impassioned speech will move the hearts of the townsfolk.

Again, this is not an easy task. Once we figure out what variables will come from the commonly held beliefs of a people. We then have to balance out the scale of people and work out how prolonged social campaigns work. After all that, it has to be filtered and simplified to fit inside our system.
